A whole session, scored as you run it. One dollar a month.

Four animated stories, six flash card decks and nine interactive games — built for a therapist running a session, never a child left alone with a screen.

$1/month for your first 4 months, then $9/month, charged automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account — no email, no phone call.

The level filter

A goal is a ladder, not a pile.

Level is its own filter across every domain, so you can pull “/s/ at sentence level for 3rd–5th” as one query. Filled rungs have material today; the rest are on the build list and visible on purpose.

Documentation

The note is written by the time the kid stands up.

You are already scoring every trial to run the activity. The app keeps that tally and hands you a note you can paste into whatever system your district makes you use. No transcription, no reconstructing a session from memory at 4:40pm.

  • Target, level and position pulled from the activity, not typed in.
  • Accuracy and cue count calculated from the trials you scored.
  • A quiet child leaves the denominator rather than counting as wrong — a silent session reports no accuracy, not 0%.
  • Chance is printed beside the score, so 60% on a two-choice board cannot be misread as 60% on a four-choice one.
  • Nothing is stored against a child’s name — the tally lives in the tab and disappears when you close it.

Before you spend a dollar

Questions worth asking.

Is this a replacement for SLP Now or The Digital SLP? −

No, and not for a while. Those are mature libraries with thousands of printables. This is nineteen interactive activities that run on a screen during a session and write your note. Most people who buy it keep the membership they already have — it is $12 a month, not $35, for exactly that reason.

When does the $1 rate end? +

After four monthly charges. Your fifth charge, and every one after it, is $9/month — so joining in September means the step-up lands in January. We email you before that fifth charge with both options: stay at $9/month, or switch to $79/year and save $29. You can cancel from that email in one click.

How do I cancel? +

From your account page, in the same number of clicks it took to subscribe. No email to us, no phone call, no retention chat. If you cancel you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

How do you know the scores are right? +

Every game ships with a test suite that runs before it does. A scripted perfect run has to score 100%, an all-wrong run 0%, an alternating run exactly 50%, and a first-try-correct answer has to record as independent rather than cued. The suites are then checked by deliberately breaking the code to confirm they catch it. Wrong clinical data that looks plausible is the worst thing this app could do, so it is the thing tested hardest.

Does it work on a school Chromebook and through the district firewall? +

It runs in the browser — no app store install, nothing for IT to approve. Chromebook, laptop, tablet or interactive panel. If your district blocks the domain, email abby@theslpshelf.com and you will get the one line IT needs.

Do you store anything about the students I work with? +

No. There is no field to enter a child’s name and nowhere we could put one. The trial tally lives in the browser tab for the length of the activity and is gone when you close it. The session note is generated for you to copy — we never receive it.

What if it is not useful? +

Ask for your money back within 14 days and you will get it, no questions. At a dollar this is close to a formality — it matters more in January, and the policy is the same then.
