How Digital Downloads Work
Getting your files
Your download link is emailed to you the moment checkout completes, at the address you used at checkout. Your files also stay available in your account, so you can re-download them later without buying again.
Not seeing the email? Check your spam and promotions folders first. School district email filters are aggressive about attachments and download links. If it is genuinely not there, email abby@theslpshelf.com and we will send it directly.
What you need to open them
Most files are PDFs and open with any free PDF reader. If a product includes editable files (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar), the listing says so and tells you what you need.
Printing tips
- Everything is built for standard 8.5 x 11 paper.
- Print at Actual Size or 100%. "Fit to Page" shrinks the margins and can throw off anything meant to be cut out.
- Listings note when a product is designed to print in black and white, so you are not burning color ink you do not have.
Using them in teletherapy
Screen share is fine and covered by your license. Sending the file itself to a client or family is not. See Terms of Use.
