Digital products

Delivered instantly by email at checkout. Nothing ships. Digital sales are final, with the exception described in our Terms of Use. If a file is broken or not as described, we will fix it or refund it.

Physical products

Printed decks and kits are not on sale yet. Everything you can buy today is digital and arrives by email, so nothing on the site ships right now. When printed materials open, they will ship from Birmingham, Alabama, on the terms below.

• Processing time: 3 to 5 business days before your order goes out.
• Shipping cost: calculated at checkout by weight and destination, so you see the exact number before you pay.
• Transit time: depends on the service you choose at checkout.

Ordered both at once?

Your digital files arrive immediately. The physical portion ships separately on the timeline above. You do not need to wait on one to get the other.

Returns on physical items

Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Email us for a return address before sending anything back. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.

Damaged in transit

Send us a photo and your order number. We will replace it. You do not need to ship the damaged one back.

School and district purchase orders

Not at checkout. Card is the only payment method there at the moment. If you need an invoice for reimbursement or for your district to process, email abby@theslpshelf.com and you will get one the same day.
