Terms of Use & License

Short version: you bought this for you. Use it with your own students as much as you want. Please do not send it to other people.

What your purchase includes

• A single-user license for the person or account that made the purchase.
• Unlimited use with your own students, clients, and caseload.
• Printing as many copies as you need for your own use.
• Use in every setting you personally work in: school, clinic, private practice, home health.
• Use in teletherapy sessions by screen share.

What it does not include

• Sharing files with colleagues, coworkers, or your department.
• Uploading to a district shared drive, Google Drive, Dropbox, or any shared server.
• Posting on a school or district website, blog, or social account where the file can be downloaded.
• Reselling, redistributing, or including the materials in another product.
• Creating a derivative product for sale from these materials.

Need copies for a team or district?

We sell additional licenses at a discount. Email abby@theslpshelf.com and tell us how many people need access, and we will send an invoice or a discount code for the right quantity.

Teletherapy

You may share your screen. Please do not email, chat-send, or otherwise transmit the file to a client or family unless the product listing specifically says it includes a take-home page.

All materials remain the property of The SLP Shelf after purchase. What you buy is a license to use them.

Refunds on digital products

Digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, so digital sales are final. If a file is corrupted, will not open, is missing content, or is not what the listing described, email us within 30 days and we will fix it or refund it. See Refunds & Returns for the full policy.
